Our goal is to strike a balance between commitment and competition. The Fund's market research process works to discover innovative solutions that reduce risk.
We aim to share Fund priorities and information. As we work to come together on value, the Fund's vendor governance process aims to seek excellence in process, performance and responsibility
In every effort possible our desire is to negotiate a Win-Win agreement. The Fund will strive to operate in good faith and will not operate in a matter that "strong arms" our suppliers, however, we will seek the best deal to protect both our investors and the community.
In order to develop an equitable relationship the Fund seeks to understand our supplier and developer business process and goals. Each project, investment or community access point brings a competitive advantage to the regions we aim to serve.
Our vendor governance process has a goal to build supplier and developer partnerships for the Long Term. The Fund will realize extraordinary value because of our access to insider or expert knowledge.
