In an effort to bring transparency and operational excellence to the Council Exchange Board of Trade's Entrepreneurship and Equity Fund Management research and acquisition process, please submit your information into this form. 


This form is to register as a partner, supplier, developer or other interested party.  This form is not to solicit investors however investors may register to provide the Council Exchange Board of Trade (CEBOT) information for future communications.

- Membership to CEBOT brings additional benefits, however supplier and partner inquiries are welcome.


- Recognition that the CEBOT Regional Opportunity Fund (Community Outcome Fund, Outcome Fund, Hamilton Development Company) has not filed a Form D with the SEC and this effort is part of a market research process prior to fund codification.

Vendor management is the discipline behind the process of working with vendors, controlling costs and increasing value while ensuring quality and mitigating risks. Vendor Relationship Management is the discipline of managing vendors to extract maximum possible value from a contractual arrangement through governance and relationship building. 

VENDOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

The Council Exchange Board of Trade (CEBOT) is working with universities from across the U.S. and internationally to research best practices methodologies that converge community economic resilience with investor, business owner and community stakeholder's common economic and business interests.   


CEBOT is engaed in developing proactive management system to intermediate ongoing commercial relationships and ensures that any technical or contractual loopholes are closed and that commercial conversations are escalated to the appropriate level to ensure prompt resolution of issues.

CEBOT Vendor Governance is an internal procurement management system that facilitates teaming relationships between the minority technology industry and our public/private sector trading/research/service delivery partners.

The Regional Outcome Fund's industry based research approach recognizes the importance of allowing key vendors to help strategize solutions. The Fund's acquisition strategies creates an open and trusting environment for systems change, and infrastructure partnerships.

CEBOT Senior Fellow Leadership facilitates and leverages CEBOT membership algorithms and roles to ensure outcomes are known and new requirements understood. Governance and resource administration is coordinated through a pool of certified members.

In order to develop an equitable relationship, the Fund seeks to understand and discover supplier and developer business process, goals and outcomes. Each project, investment or community access point, brings a competitive advantage to the sectors and regions served.

The Fund works to negotiate Win-Win agreements that operate in prudent good faith, without "strong arming" suppliers or other resources. The Fund seek the best solutions to protect the interests of investors, CEBOT members, and community partners and stakeholders.
